  • Roasted curry paste/red curry paste 100 grams
  • Pork belly 200 grams
  • 1 large bunch of Thai morning glory
  • 4-5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 kaffir lime
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons tamarind juice
  • 100 milliliters of clean water
