          Hello, today I’m inviting friends to make Thai desserts again. A deliciously chewy menu that is “Bualoy Kaew Pumpkin”. The method is very easy to make.

Ingredients for Bua Loi Kaew Pumpkin

  • Tapioca flour 270 grams
  • 300 grams of pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup hot water

Ingredients: coconut milk

  • Coconut milk 250 ml.
  • 140 grams of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 250 ml of water
  • pandan leaf

How to make pumpkin glass bua loy

     ★​ Make pumpkin glass bua loy by peeling the pumpkin. Wash thoroughly and cut into dice. Steam it and grind it thoroughly. And put the tapioca flour into a mixing bowl. Add the mashed pumpkin.
