Sliced pork stir-fried with onions topped with fragrant rice

ingredient
- Sliced pork thigh
- Onion cut into pieces

- Oyster sauce/shoyu/mirin, sugar

method
- Marinate the pork slices with baking, a little salt and sugar, and massage well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or all night.
- Stir-fry the onion until fragrant, add the pork and stir until combined. Add just enough water or broth to cover the pork. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce and mirin, taste to taste.
