ingredient
- Egg squid
- Chopped garlic/chopped bird’s eye chilli/mint leaves but we didn’t have any so used spring onion leaves instead.
- Lime juice/fish sauce/palm sugar
- Chopped garlic


method
- Mix lime juice/fish sauce/palm sugar together and taste as you like. Then add minced garlic/minced bird’s eye chilli and mix well.
- Boil water and steam the squid eggs for about 10 minutes (depending on the size of the squid) or until cooked.
- Lift the squid and pour out the water. Pour the salad dressing (item 1) over and garnish with spring onion leaves and chopped garlic. Serve as a side dish or as an appetizer.
