- Boiled shrimp, 1/2 kg.
- Grated coconut 1/2 kg.
- 5 Thai shallots
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 1-2 small pieces of dried Garcinia soaked in water
- 4-5 large dried chilies
- 1 tablespoon Thai garlic
- 100 ml of shrimp boiling water
- 4-5 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons coconut sugar
