- 2 stalks parsley
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (as desired)
- 2 tablespoons roasted rice
- Kaffir lime leaves (finely sliced) for garnishing
- Mint leaves (picked and chopped) for garnish

How to make chicken larb
- Put water into the pot. Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, stir in the chicken until cooked, and scoop into a mixing bowl.
- Season with lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, chili powder, and roasted rice. Mix well.
- Add chopped shallots, parsley, and kaffir lime leaves. Mix gently until combined. Sprinkle with mint leaves. Ready to serve. Eat with fresh vegetables.
