How to Make Kuih Keria (Sweet Potato Donut)

Ingredients:
- 600g of white or red sweet potato
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup of water

- Cut the sweet potato into 2 or 3 parts. Boil sweet potatoes with salt until soft.
- Cool and discard the sweet potato skin. Mash until soft and lump free. Add flour little by little until it can be kneaded into a round shape.
- Round the dough and make a hole in the middle. Fry until golden.
- Ways to add sugar:
- Put sugar and water in the pot. Cook until thickened and mix with sweet potatoes so that all surfaces are coated with sugar.
