Spicy mushroom tofu salad

Prepare the vegetables to go with the mushroom and tofu salad. Grab the tofu and mix it with the mushrooms. Season as spicy as you like. Finally add chopped parsley, mint leaves and roasted rice.
Ingredients for Mushroom Tofu Salad
- 1 block of tofu
- 1 cup oyster mushrooms
- 1 cup black fungus
- 3 tablespoons vegetarian soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon roasted rice
How to make oyster mushroom tofu larb
1. Bring the tofu cubes to boil in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain the water and use a fork to mash until crushed
. 2. Cut the oyster mushrooms and black wood ear mushrooms into strips and roast in a pan until dry and fragrant. Scoop into a mixing bowl and prepare
. 3. Add the mashed tofu and mix with the mushrooms. Season with vegetarian soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili powder. Mix well. Taste as desired.
4. Add chopped parsley, mint leaves, and roasted rice. Mix well again, scoop into containers, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
