Ingredients for clean crab fried rice
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• minced garlic
• 1 part lump crab meat
• 1 duck egg
• 1 part black fragrant rice
• ground salt
• chopped onion ( Take only the green leaves)
• Pepper
Note: Proportion: 1 part Hom Nin rice, 1 part lump crab meat, 1 duck egg according to the proportion of clean food, 1 part carbs, 1 part protein.
How to make clean crab fried rice:
1. Heat the pan to very hot. Until it smokes, add olive oil to cover the entire pan. Then reduce the heat and add the minced garlic and stir quickly.
2. Add the crab meat and stir until the crab is fragrant and dry.
3. Add in the eggs and stir, but don’t let them be overcooked. (Colored duck eggs are more beautiful and glossy than chicken eggs.)
4. Add rice and stir until combined. (Don’t let the rice stick to grains.) Turn up the heat to high and stir quickly until the rice is hot and the rice grains bounce out of the pan. Sprinkle with chopped onions and pepper and serve.
