Soft pork.. fragrant and delicious

ingredient
- Pork neck
- Hong powder
- Garlic/black pepper/coriander root
- Oyster sauce/white and dark soy sauce/sugar/salt
- Oil/water


method
- Finely pound the garlic, black pepper, and coriander roots.
- Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, Hong powder and a little water, stir well.
- Marinated with pork Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or all night.
- Fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry. Drizzle in dark soy sauce and stir to combine. Add enough water to cover the pork and wait for it to boil.
- Cover the pan or pot with a lid. Turn down the heat and cook until the pork is soft. It’s delicious to eat with mantho.
