  1. Pork neck
  2. Hong powder
  3. Garlic/black pepper/coriander root
  4. Oyster sauce/white and dark soy sauce/sugar/salt
  5. Oil/water

method

  1. Finely pound the garlic, black pepper, and coriander roots. 
  2. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, Hong powder and a little water, stir well.
  3. Marinated with pork Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or all night.
  4. Fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry. Drizzle in dark soy sauce and stir to combine. Add enough water to cover the pork and wait for it to boil.
  5. Cover the pan or pot with a lid. Turn down the heat and cook until the pork is soft. It’s delicious to eat with mantho.
