Ingredients:
- 300 grams of chicken (a mixture of fillings and bones
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon ground chili
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 cm ginger (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomyam paste
- 1 kaffir lime leaf
- 1 lemongrass stick (chopped)
- 5 chili peppers (chopped)
- 1/2 large onion squash (roughly sliced)
- less water
- a little fish sauce (optional)
- vegetables (cabbage flowers, long beans and green capsicum)
How to Prepare:
- Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic, ginger and ground chili and tom yam paste until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and stir for 2-3 minutes over high heat.
- Add the other ingredients and water, stir until the sauce thickens.
- Remove and serve with hot white rice.
