Recipe for Kuih Kacang Green or also known as Kuih Kasturi, easy and delicious.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup green beans.
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 3 tablespoons of grated coconut.
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour.
- 1 cup of rice flour
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice.
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
How to Prepare:
- Soak green beans for an hour and a half or until soft, then cook until soft
- When the water is almost dry, add sugar, coconut and stir until dry.
- Sprinkle wheat flour and mix until combined, remove and cool
- Round and flatten the bean core,
- In a separate bowl combine enough flour, lime water, salt and water, make sure the mixture is not too thick
- Heat the oil, dip the bean kernels that have been rounded into the flour, and fry until browned.
