Tom Yum Chicken Breast with Mushrooms

Ingredients for Tom Yum Chicken Breast with Mushrooms

  • Tom Yum ingredients include galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
  • Shallots (peeled) 4-5 heads
  • Chili peppers (smashed enough to dent)
  • Straw mushrooms
  • Sita Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon tamarind
  • 1+1/2 tablespoons fish sauce

  • Chicken breast cut into thin pieces

How to make Tom Yum Chicken Breast with Mushrooms

 1. Set water to boil. The amount of water should be looked at as appropriate. If you eat alone Add just enough to make a small bowl.    

2. Add tom yum paste, crush galangal and add two pieces. Don’t add too much or it will have an astringent taste. Smash the lemongrass as well, then cut a little into pieces.
