Ingredient:
- 340 grams of flour
- 220 ml unsweetened fresh milk
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 6 grams brown yeast (baker’s yeast)
- 30 grams of sugar
- 45 gr butter
- 6 sausages
- 1/3 chén cheese Mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

Making:
Step 1: Put flour + salt + sugar + yeast in a mixing bowl, then slowly pour in warm milk mixed with butter and mix or knead to form a smooth, non-sticky mass. Incubate the dough in a warm place for about 50 minutes, wait until it doubles in size.
Step 2: After the incubation time, the dough has doubled in size. Take the dough out and knead it again, divide the dough into 6 small parts, roll the dough slightly thin to have an oval shape. Place the cake on a tray, place the hot dog in the middle, cover with a towel for 30-35 minutes, and let the cake rise again.
Step 3: Now brush milk around the edge of the cake, spread tomato sauce and sprinkle cheese.
Step 4: Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, put the cake tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until the cake is big and golden. Turn off the stove.
So you have a batch of sausage sandwiches that your kids will love. Put the hot dog bread on a plate, eat it hot or cold, it’s very spongy/soft and delicious. Good luck!
