Grilled sea bass with miso sauce

Anyone who likes to eat fish dishes, I’d like you to try grilled sea bass with miso sauce. Grill sea bass and brush with miso sauce. Served with Japanese steamed rice. Additional blanched vegetables
Ingredients for Grilled Sea Bass with Miso Sauce
- Sea bass fillet (cut into pieces) 300 grams
- Miso 80 grams
- 1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet liquor)
- 1 egg (yolk only)
- Vegetable oil (for greasing the grill)
- grated radish
- Japanese steamed rice
How to make grilled sea bass with miso sauce
1. Pour miso and mirin into a pan, heat on low heat, stir until combined. Put in the egg yolk. Stir until a smooth consistency is formed. Set aside.
2. Set the fire for grilling. Apply vegetable oil all over the grill. Apply miso sauce (in step 1) all over the sea bass. Grill on low heat until cooked. Serve with grated radishes. and Japanese steamed rice
