Ingredient:
- 120 grams of condensed milk
- 30 gr butter
- 10 gr sugar
- 3 gr salt
- 7 grams of dry yeast
- 180 ml unsweetened fresh milk
- 370 grams of flour

Making:
Step 1: Warm fresh milk and mix with condensed milk and salt. Then you put flour + sugar + yeast in a bowl and mix well, then pour in warm milk and butter, use gloves to knead until the dough comes together into a smooth, slightly doughy mass but not sticky. Roll the dough into a round ball. Leave the dough in a warm place for about 50 minutes until it doubles in size.
Step 2: When the dough has risen, divide the dough into 6-8 small parts. Roll the dough to length. Fold both sides, then roll out the dough with a large head and a small tail. Now roll it from the big head to the tail to form a cake shape. The shaping part is up to you to do in your own way.

Arrange the rolls in a mold sprayed with oil. Remember to place them a little far apart so the cakes can expand. Incubate the cake for 40-50 minutes or a little longer. Have to wait for the cake to double in size before baking. After the dough has risen, brush a layer of fresh milk on the cake surface.
Step 3: Preheat the oven for 5-10 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Put the cake mold in the middle of the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes until the cake has a beautiful golden color and is fragrant. Turn off the oven and take out the cake mold.
