Ingredient:
- 320 grams of flour
- 6 gr men
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 200 ml warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Making:
Step 1: Use warm water about 20 degrees Celsius, put in a bowl with yeast + sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour, mix well and wait for 5-7 minutes to wait for the yeast to bloom.
Step 2: Put flour and salt in the bowl and mix well, then pour out the entire bowl of yeast in step 1 and use a spatula or your hands to mix well. At this point, the dough will be rough, that’s okay.
Put the dough in a bowl with warm water about 40 degrees Celsius. Take a towel, dip it in warm water, wring it out and cover it with the dough and leave it for about 30 minutes. This method ensures that the dough will rise.
Use a spatula or your hands to mix/knead the dough again. We guarantee that this time the dough will be very soft and a little sticky, so that’s ok. Incubate the dough for 30 minutes until it rises again.
Step 3: Put a little flour on the table, pour out the dough, use your hands to gently roll the dough into a ball, cut the dough into 2. Gently spread the small dough out to be as large as a rectangle, then roll slowly, until Roll one piece and use your fingertips to warm it slightly to help the dough swell. After shaping, place the cake on a tray lined with non-stick paper, use a warm, wrung towel to cover the surface of the tray and let it rise for 30 minutes until the dough doubles in size.
Note: If the dough has not risen to your desired level after the incubation time, you need to let it rise more. If dough does not rise, baking will not be delicious.
After the dough has risen, use a razor or thin-bladed knife to make a few cuts on the surface of the cake, then spray the cake with water before baking.
Step 4: Preheat the oven for a few minutes at 220 degrees Celsius. Place the cake tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 20-22 minutes until the cake is golden brown. Turn off the oven and take out the cake.
The bread can be eaten immediately, or topped with some lettuce + fried bacon and fried eggs, creating a great breakfast dish.
