Chicken breast with curry paste mixed with almonds

Ingredients: Chicken breast with curry paste mixed with almonds

     • 200 grams of chicken breast
     • 1 tablespoon of curry paste
     • 1 egg white
     • 1/2 tablespoon of low-sodium oyster sauce
     • Pepper
     • Chopped yardlong beans
     • Egg yolk (for mixing )
     • Almonds (for tossing)
     • Chicken dipping sauce or chili sauce

How to make curry paste chicken breast balls mixed with almonds:

     1. Blend or chop the chicken breasts and mix with curry paste, egg whites, oyster sauce, pepper and yardlong beans. Form into balls.
     2. Dip chicken breast in egg yolk and toss with almonds, sear in a pan, arrange on a plate and serve with chicken dipping sauce or chili sauce.
