egg • Chili peppers
• Garlic
• Olive oil spray
• Minced pork (use lean red meat)
• Fish sauce (low sodium recipe)
• Light soy sauce (low sodium formula)
• Oyster sauce (low sodium formula)
• 1 tablespoon water
• Red basil leaves

How to make minced pork with basil and fried eggs:
1. Pound bird’s eye chilli and garlic together, then stir-fry until fragrant. By spraying oil 1 time.
2. Add minced pork and stir. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Put in water. Add the basil leaves and stir until reduced. Serve with brown rice. and microwave poached eggs
