Stir-fried riceberry with tilapia

     On holidays or work days, you can cook a clean, delicious lunch. We would like to present a menu of fried riceberries, a recipe from Housewife Magazine. Catch the fried tilapia stir-fried with riceberry. Add colorful vegetables and grains. You can change it to fried brown rice.

Ingredients for Stir-Fried Riceberry with Tilapia

     • 100 grams of tilapia (diced)
     • Salt
     •
     Ground pepper • Ready-made crispy flour
     • Vegetable oil (for frying)
     • 1 spoon of minced garlic. Tea
     • 1+1/2 teaspoon olive oil
     • 1 tablespoon carrot (diced)
     • 1 tablespoon broccoli (diced)
     • 1 tablespoon pumpkin (diced)
     • Cooked riceberry 3 /4 cup
     • 2 teaspoons shiitake mushroom sauce
     • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
     • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
     • 6-7 fried cashew nuts
     • 1 teaspoon toasted
     • Fish sauce mixed with lime juice and bird’s eye chilli

How to make Stir-Fried Riceberry with Tilapia:

     1. Sprinkle salt and ground pepper on the tilapia and toss with enough crispy fried flour. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry until golden brown. Scoop up and let the oil drain. Prepare.
     2. Fry the garlic with olive oil until golden brown and fragrant. Add carrots, broccoli, pumpkin and riceberry and stir to combine.
     3. Season with shiitake mushroom sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt. Cayenne and ground pepper Stir until combined.
     4. Add the fried fish and gently fold together. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with cashew nuts and sunflower seeds. Serve with fish sauce mixed with lime juice and bird’s eye chilli
