Ingredients for making fried apple cake
- Apples: 2 (about 350 – 400 grams)
- All-purpose flour: 300gr
- Fresh milk: 120ml
- Chicken eggs: 1 egg
- Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar (to taste)
- Cooking oil

The process of making fried apple cake
- Wash apples, peel them and cut them into slices

- Put fresh milk, eggs, cooking oil, and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk well until the mixture is combined
- Slowly add the above mixture to the flour, stir well until the dough is smooth and thick, then stop
- Place a non-stick pan on the stove, add cooking oil around the back of the pan, bring the cooking oil to a boil, then turn down the heat.
- Dip the apple slices in the flour mixture then put them in the pan and fry until golden brown on all sides.
- When the apple cake is done, take it out and place it on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Finally, roll the apple cake in powdered sugar and you will have a delicious crispy fried apple cake.
